Going to the beach on Christmas Day!
During the fantastic school holidays my family and I decided to spent Christmas with the Stowers family.
First, my mum packed a big bag full of snacks for the children and a bowl of delicious smoothies. When we were ready to go, I asked my mum if we could go for a swim in the sea and she said,'' Yes'' so I packed my swimming suit and went for a swim.
Next we took all things that we had brought to our small tent and then we all headed off to the park.At the park, I played on the the seesaw and took turns.When it was time for lunch I went for a short swim before I come for lunch. For lunch, I had bacon, pork, sushi, chicken and chips, fried rice, and some salad. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating.
Finally we played a game called mannequin challenge and the rules are that when the music stops, you have to freeze on the spot and when the music is back on again you can continue dancing. We had fun playing the mannequin challenge.
Lastly, we said goodbye to the Stowers family and we went back home. We all had a nice, hot bath to wash off the the dust and smell of the sea.
My favourite part of the the day I liked best was when I was doing the mannequin challenge because when you take a video, you have to make a pose and freeze.
